Our return policy is 30 days, from date of purchase.
If you wish to return an item:
1. contact us; and,
2. forward your item to our shop (see below).
A refund will NOT be issued for items that are not in their original unused condition, that are damaged and/or missing parts or for custom crafted candles.
If 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify whether or not we have approved your refund request. If your refund request is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or via your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If, after a reasonable amount of time, you have not received your refund:
1. check your bank account again; or,
2. contact your credit card company and/or your bank.
If you have done all of the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged or received as a gift. Custom crafted candles are not subject to exchange. Please contact us directly to discuss.
EXCHANGES OF GIFTS
If an item was marked, as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, and you wish to exchange same, once the returned item is received from you at our shop, we will exchange the item for another item of your choice and at the same dollar amount or mail a gift certificate to you.
If the gifted item was not marked, as a gift when purchased and shipped to you or the gift giver had the item shipped directly to themselves, once the returned item is received from you at our shop, we will consult the gift giver and will either exchange the item with you for an item of your choice and at the same dollar amount, mail a gift certificate to you, mail a gift certificate to the gift giver or refund the gift giver.
SHIPPING OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To return your item and/or exchange an item, mail or courier, it to our shop: 415 Station Road, Fanny Bay, BC, V0R 1W0, Canada.
As shipping costs are non-refundable, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item to our shop and/or to receive a exchanged item. Please consider using a shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to guarantee delivery.
