Shipping & Tracking Policies

SHIPPING POLICY

Via Canada Post, regular orders are shipped within 5 business days and custom orders within 10 business days, from the date we receive an order. 

From the date of shipping, please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive your delivery.  Delivery times to areas outside of Canada will vary.     

We make every attempt to ship orders, as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time.  To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly and in advance.  During holidays, please place your order at least 2 weeks prior to the holiday.

Required Signature (if applicable)

Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature; however, in the event that one is required, and no one is home to sign for it, a note will be left regarding the attempted delivery.  After 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver, the package will be returned to us.

TRACKING POLICY

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email informing you of same.  A tracking number will also be provided to you.
